We are open for tours at our Johnstown Headquarters!

We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a personal demonstration on our equipment. Visitors should wear attire appropriate for a manufacturing facility – long pants, closed toed shoes, no loose clothes. No charge training

Training is included on all systems.

Once the system is delivered and set up in your location, a trained Apeks Service Professional will come to your facility to verify the installation, start up the system to ensure it is operating correctly and train your staff on the proper operation, maintenance and safety of the system. Apeks staff will do the training, not a contractor or technician. Training only takes 4 hours, another benefit of full automation!

Service after sale

We are dedicated to service.

Service after the sale is also included.  We are dedicated to service after the sale and don’t charge our customers if they have questions. In the event service is needed for a system, customers can request a service call or appointment online or through our toll free service number. We have staff dedicated to providing fast responses to a request.
