We just completed a cayenne pepper extract as a toll processing service for a new customer – came out a deep, vibrant red with just the right amount of heat. More importantly, the extracted material came out completely dry even though it had a high moisture content before the extraction! The photo was taken moments after the extraction was completed – you can still see the CO2 bubbles in the extracted oil. Carbonated cayenne pepper oil? Hmmm…Might be a new product for BW3s!
