Apeks Supercritical Provides Engineering Peer Review Certifications for End Users!

Engineering Peer Reviews (EPR) for extraction and concentration equipment are required by the State of Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division, the Denver Fire Department, and the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Apeks Supercritical completed our EPR in June with “no findings” – meaning that our systems comply with the requirements of the International Fire Code, as well as the ASME Pressure Vessel Code.

Over the past few months, Apeks Supercritical received several requests to perform EPR for of our “end user” customers who purchased CO2 extraction systems from Eden Labs prior to March of 2012. These systems were designed, built and tested by Apeks Fabrication, so we were able support our end users despite the fact that the systems were originally purchased through Eden Labs – hence the “E” on the end of the model numbers!
