Training is included – all of our systems include training either virtual or at your location – AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Once the system is delivered and set up in your location, a trained Apeks Service Professional will come to your facility to verify the installation, start up the system to ensure it is operating correctly and train your staff on the proper operation, maintenance and safety of the system. Apeks staff will do the training, not a contractor or technician. Training only takes 4 hours, another benefit of full automation!
Service after the sale is also included – we are dedicated to service after the sale and don’t charge our customers if they have questions. In the event service is needed for a system, customers can request a service call or appointment online or through our toll free service number. We have staff dedicated to providing fast responses to a request. In addition to our Ohio headquarters, we have a service center in Denver, CO for additional support.
Online parts store – We carry a full inventory of consumables and commonly purchased spare parts in our on-line store for all of Apeks Supercritical Systems. Next day shipping is available to support your production requirements.
