Apeks developed and built a state-of-the-art research system for advancing the science of CO2 extractions and oil separations. The new system is capable of operating at pressures up to 10,000-psi between 10 degrees and 175 degrees Fahrenheit in both a recycled and vented flow scenario. This system allows for the rapid creation of extraction curves, process optimization and parameter development for production extractions.
